2007/2008 At the 2007 BMA awards Magnet Man’s first album was awarded PLATINUM STATUS and he shared the same stage as global superstar RIHANNA to give a dazzling performance of WANNA FLEX.  This song is the lead single off his new/2nd album.

From the award show in Barbados Magnet Man flew to the UK where within just 3 days of WANNA FLEX music video TV play including UK Music Channels FIZZ, Channel U and Avanti, the Barbados shot video went straight to Number 7 on the UK’s OFFICIAL UK URBAN MUSIC CHART.

Magnet Man was then invited to host THE CHART SHOW on Channel U TV and the track was released on Channel U’s top selling Compilation album.

Magnet Man did a flying Club PA tour of top UK Night spots from Swansea to Newcastle gaining new fans and adding to the already healthy sales figures of the single Wanna Flex (including the Wideboys Wanna Flex Club Remix).

With a Sponsorship deal from BMI airlines Magnet flew back to Barbados to perform at ‘DE OVAL’ as part of the Official World Cup Cricket Concert Series.
